CROW OF CRIMSON
She didn't want him there. Not his brooding silence. Not the way he followed her like a shadow. And definitely not the way his eyes held every answer he refused to give. "I don't need a bodyguard," she hissed, slinging her bag over her shoulder. "Then stop attracting danger," he muttered without flinching, his tone flat, unreadable. He was cold, detached and too calm for someone tasked with keeping her alive. She was fire with sharp-tongued, stubborn and desperate to breathe without someone watching her every move. Thrown into each other's paths by politics, threats, and secrets neither of them are allowed to speak, they clash from the start. But hate has a way of softening at the edges. And tension has a habit of turning into something far more dangerous. She thinks he's just another suit sent to protect her. He knows he's the one she should fear most. Your author @nivlyyn
